Stephanie Hicks

STEPHANIE HICKS is living proof that all women are powerful. Stephanie began a journey of hard work and discipline when she was first introduced to ballet at the age of four. Stephanie was awarded a San Francisco Ballet company scholarship when she was just thirteen years old and was fortunate enough to be the pupil of Peter Martins, the current Director of The New York City Ballet.

In the early 90's Stephanie began studying Kickboxing and Boxing from world class fighters at the famous Jet Center in Van Nuys, California.

Stephanie uses the Bukido® Training System in her day-to-day trade as an in-demand personal trainer and fitness industry leader. She continuously motivates individuals to reach their highest potential in body, mind, and spirit by her willingness to lead by example. Stephanie is on a mission to help aid women in the understanding of the power of their voice and its ability to protect the integrity and safety of their personal space. Stephanie found that by studying in the Bukido® Training System, she could make a real difference not only in her life but also in the lives of others. She is the first woman to hold the title of Senior Trainer and is currently working on becoming the first female Bukido® Instructor. Stephanie is the first woman to have completed the hardcore F.I.S.T. II and C.A.T.T. (Counter Assault Tactical Training) seminars.

Stephanie found that the B.L.A.S.T. Seminar created value for her and other women in a very special way. She noticed that women seem to find it easy to see the value in their loved ones but they often do not hold the same value for themselves. The B.L.A.S.T. Seminar creates a safe environment using realistic situations that allow women to tap into and blast through their fears. Her skills as a Bukido® trainer and a B.L.A.S.T. Seminar leader have earned her spots on Extra and Lifetime Television’s New Attitudes. It is Stephanie’s lifelong commitment to help train her new clients, especially women, by inspiring them to see their full power and amazing capabilities.
